Amelia’s writing work crosses a wide spectrum of creative projects. She has written four short films and co-written an episodic drama which went into development with the BBC. She has co-written and produced the first podcast from The Centre for Feminist Research; The F Less Travelled… Tracing Feminist Pathways. Amelia also writes/researches around Black feminism, liberation and care. She received a first class honours for her MA in gender, media & culture at Goldsmiths, University of London.

In late 2021 she co-created and performed in ‘DUENDE’, a solo show with the Faction Theatre Company at Wilton’s Music Hall and the Stephen Joseph Theatre.
